I've read a lot of comics in my 23 years of collecting, but few books have captured (what I consider) the true spirit of Superman the way that Maggin's novels Last Son of Krypton and Miracle Monday did. I also loved Kingdom Come, and eagerly await the novel by Maggin.
One question: I heard many months ago that there would be some sort of special, combined edition of the Maggin novels, but I believe the release date has come and gone, but I've not seen them. Does anyone know what's going on with that?
Anyway, it's a great site. Thanks for making it so great.- Brian Kiser, Sun, 26 Oct 1997 08:47:20 GMT
You're welcome, Brian - thanks for liking it! We heard those same rumors about a possible re-release of the original Elliot S! Maggin Superman novels, but haven't heard anything since. If anyone reading this knows the current status the project, please drop us a line!

Well, first I have to say that I love your Page and It is just great. I am Cisar Roldan fron Guayaquil Ecuador and it's a pleasure for me to say that I have been a Superman fan since I was kid. He is the best and now that I am 16 I still like him. Just for the record I do not like what has happened with the new suits and new stuff Superman has gone through.- Cisar Roldan Campi, Fri, 24 Oct 1997 17:25:23 GMT
I have always been a SUPERMAN Fan, and I am disabled, since birth, I feel that anything is possible. Both Superman and Chris Reeve are tops in my book. If we believe in something strong enough then we will get it one way or another. Kal-el never gives up, and we shouldn't either!- Keith Ferguson, Thu, 23 Oct 1997 21:50:33 GMT
Hello Superman Fans !! I want to introduce myself - I am Hendra Setiawan, and I like Superman and want to be one of the fans and join with you.- Hendra Setiawan, Thu, 23 Oct 1997 09:22:02 GMT
I've been a Superman fan ever since I was born. I'm glad to see that The Man of Steel gets the proper recognition he deserves. I would like to also state that I'm against the changing of Superman's powers and looks. I accept all kinds of changes, but some things are far more sacred. Finally, I'd like to say that you have compiled excellent information into a great website.

Nice page!!!! I love Superman, and I love your page just as much, man!!!- STEPHEN DOLL, Date: Sat, 4 Oct 1997 03:35:09 GMT
From what I have seen I really like your web site. Superman is a big part of my life also. I like the old Superman costume better than the new one. Superman has to have a cape because it kind of represents the wings of a bird and the new costume does not so the costume is not better looking than the old one.- Jonathan Bentley, Wed, 1 Oct 1997 19:27:33 GMT
Thank you for your wonderful site. I'm a big fan of Superman, I learned to read with the comic book of Superman when I was 7 years old (l950) in my country. I really appreciate a site like this, you've done a great job. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
